Systems Engineer Navigation (80-100%)
Your responsibilities:
The Systems Engineer Navigation supports the operation and maintenance of assets that are critical to the delivery of air navigation services to industry.
- Contributing to the definition and continual improvement of navigation system operation, including lifecycle and configuration management
- Lead the installation, integration, test, and deployment of new systems or system changes
- Upgrading the skyguide fleet of navigation aids located across Switzerland
Your profile:
- Bachelor/master's degree in engineering/science or equivalent
- Demonstrated understanding of Radio Frequency fundamentals - or previous experience as a Radio Frequency engineer is desirable
- Experience with Navigation Systems is desirable, ideally a theoretical understanding as well as field experience in system commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Fluency in English and, ideally, German and/or French
Location: Wangen b. Dübendorf or Geneva
When: 01.08.2024 or upon availability
Work percentage: 80-100%
