Ecorobotix is growing! To pursue our mission, we are looking for a:
Your missions :
- Process the sales orders
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Manage the order confirmation
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Keep under systematic review the ERP system
- Providing support for sales team
- Develop monthly sales reports and consolidation of sales forecasts.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Email responses to leads and dispatch to Area Sales Managers
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up to date with new products and features
Your profile :
- Federal Certificate of Vocational Education and Training in Business and Administration.
- Good knowledge of French (C1) and English (B2 minimum), German is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in Sales department of a small or medium-sized company with administratives responsibilities.
- 1 year of experience with an ERP required (Odoo, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent command of the usual computer tools (In particular Word, Excel, Outlook)
