The Product & Lifecycle Excellence team is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and visionary Process Leader expert taking the lead in shaping the future of our Product Evolution Process (PEP) to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across the whole Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) from idea creation to product archiving.

Your new responsibilities
- Strategic alignment: Evaluate and realign PEP with organizational goals. Keep the Product Lifecycle journey at the forefront, identifying process gaps for targeted improvements. PEP stands as our compass, promoting simplicity, navigating product excellence, and customer-centricity
- Process design and optimization:Rethink the operating models described in PEP streamlining and designing processes, process mapping, bridging gaps between current and future state of processes based on consultation with partners, and empowering business units to tailor their models effectively
- Leadership in change:Lead PEP Change Control Boards, conduct consistency checks, collaborate on process design, implement change requests, and orchestrate PEP releases
- Regulatory adherence: Integrate evolving standards and regulations seamlessly into PEP and ensure internal and external audit compliance
- Global representation: Represent our organization at Siemens corporate level. Contribute to cross-functional solutions, maintain alignment between Siemens process framework and our contribution to the PLM excellence and ensure internal and external representation of our organization to the process communities
- Effective communication: Craft a clear communication strategy for disseminating PEP updates. Collaborate with experts to create targeted training content and develop comprehensive materials
Your talents and experience
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in business process modeling and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, IBM JAZZ, M365 Suite)
- Familiarity with global quality management and process standards and/or frameworks (ISO 9001, IEC 27001, CMMI, ITIL)
- Experience leading Agile teams (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.) adopting frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban
- Change management experience or qualification
- Knowledge in understanding business processes and operating practices of complex software & technology organization
Desired Skills:

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, resilient, and a continuous learner
- Excellent written and spoken English (German a plus)
