For our client, an international biopharmaceutical company, active in the fields of reproductive health, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology and orthopedics, we are looking for aInterim Site Financial Controller.You will temporarily fill the role of our Site Financial Controller at the industrial park. This position is crucial for providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring the plant's financial policies and processes align with the company's business objectives and comply with regulatory standards. The Site Financial Controller oversees financial planning, risk management, and budgeting processes while implementing robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Additionally, the role involves managing the site finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and contributing to the organization's overall strategic planning.

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and financial projections, in collaboration with the Accounting team. Special focus on monthly cost accounting, inventory, and variance calculation for the plant.
- Monitoring and managing cash flow, investments, and other financial assets.
- Leading financial audits and coordinating with external auditors as required.
- Ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Managing budgeting processes, including preparation, reviews, and finalization of the annual budget.
- Supervising and managing the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations, performance, and professional growth.
- Collaborating with other departments to support overall plant operations and strategic initiatives.
- Providing insights and recommendations to the executive team for financial planning and decision-making. Advising and challenging with timely and proactive analyses, assessments of variances to plans, financial impacts, and risks.
- Supporting the ERP transition from Oracle to SAP and assisting the financial delegate to ensure a qualitative implementation and efficient use.
- Supporting risk management by analyzing the organization's financial risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.
