WinGD is looking for a

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of maininenance tools team in R&D
• Planning and managing of resources
• Coordination and execution of development activities within new and portfolio engine projects
• Support the team and project management in technical related activities in the daily business
• Continuously optimize development processes, incl. design/expert/calculation and similar guidelines
• Ensure constant education and training of the team members
• Support Licensees and handle requests for alternative executions and non-confirmity reports

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering (M.Sc., B.Sc., Dipl.-Ing. or equivalent)
• Team leadership knowledge benefitable
• Knowledge of internal combustion engines and maintenance tools components
• Experience in PLM Teamcenter and NX CAD-system
• Fluent in English, good oral and written communication in German
• Independent, self-driven and target oriented way of working
