Job Description

During the implementation of our new ERP system, you will play an important, supportive role within our Accounts Payable team and overtake various tasks, such as:

• Verification and booking of AP invoices
• Preparation of weekly payment runs
• Monthly sub-ledger closings incl. accruals and reconciliations
• Review and booking of the employee travel expenses in Concur
• Reconciliation and payment of corporate credit cards statements
• Follow-up on late expense reports submissions
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis
• Take over various administrative tasks within the Finance department
• Ensure compliance with business procedures (e.g. SOX, US-GAAP, etc.)
• Provide support to ERP migration project
• Interact directly with employees, affiliate companies and suppliers worldwide

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship. A further education within the Finance field (e.g.Sachbearbeiter/inFinanz- und Rechnungswesen) is of advantage
• 1-2 years’ working experience, ideally in a similar role
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written. German and/or French skills are a plus.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in-depth know-how of Excel is required
• Precise, structured and reliable way of working
• Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality
