Customer Care Agent (Italian & French)

Our Customer Care Agent's key role is to offer our clients exceptional experiences! The key is developing a rapport and building a relationship through various channels. (phone, chats, email).
Responsibilities :
- Answer questions and solve customer problems
- Handle phone and email inquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues
- Listen to customers
- Ensure quality follow-up
- Transfer requests to the different departments
Your skills :
- Experience in a similar position in customer relations
- You are solution-oriented
- Team player
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You are flexible and rigorous
- You have a sense of service
- You have a good command of computer tools
- Italian-French excellent level
