The role will be responsible for compiling and analysing business and financial information, supporting the design of testing activities, compiling metrics reports, investigating data-sets to establish relationships and causal effects, ultimately informing the modelling of customer portfolio dynamic models to enable recommendations grounded on business and financial data. This role involves supporting strategic decision-making processes by providing insights into financial performance, trends, and forecasts. The Financial Data Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure financial integrity and help the company achieve its goals. Ideal candidates will possess strong grounding in quantitative skills and data investigation, experience with financial software, and the ability to communicate effectively on complex data and financial concepts.

• Provide analyses of the online retail business in order to present a clear information to top management.
• Track and trend the business driver performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform analysis on test outcomes data to inform regular refresh of modelling assumptions.
• Perform profitability analysis for current client performance as well as potential deals.
• Prepare and analyse Management Information - Key metrics.
• Provide monthly trending and reporting of the business drivers analyze their impact on the financial performance of the business.
• Ongoing analysis of business results, ensuring proactive recommendations to the Central Finance Management team in order to support monitoring of trends and profitability.
• Work in close collaboration with sales, marketing & finance to ensure accuracy of data.
• Assist in the budgeting & monthly forecasting process through the refresh of assumptions and models by using the results of previous analyses.

• Ideally a graduate with Finance/Economic and Data Analytics academic background.
• 2 years’ experience of working as Financial Analyst.
• Fluent in English language spoken and written, any other European language is an asset.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office).
• Ability to analyse information from a range of sources.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, & key issues.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail, together with an analytical and hands-on attitude.
• Positive and strong work ethic.
