Our client is a large international service company, which offers tailor-made solutions along the entire value chain for its customers. It provides its business partners with expertise as well as on-the-ground logistics based on a comprehensive network of unique size and depth. For the office in canton Jura, we are looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and team-oriented personality as
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently running the local HR department for all related tasks (Recruiting, HR Business Partnering, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management for 60 employees)
- Provide tactical business partnering advice to local management and employees on full range of Human Resources services
- Managing the entire HR administration for the employees (contract management, reference letters, maintaining and updating SAP HR and SuccessFactors, organize work permits, maintaining employee files, organize on- and off-boarding process, etc.)
- Run the monthly payroll together with external payroll provider; manage insurances, annual salary review and performance- and bonus process
- Absence management (maintaining the absence- and time management system, drawing reports and managing absence and annual leave balance controlling; manage short-term work if necessary)
- Working with SuccessFactors for all HR processes (Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Management)
- Implementing local and global HR projects
Your Profile:
- Commercial education, advanced HR training with solid knowledge of Swiss labor law (Swiss Federal HR diploma or its equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a similar position
- Payroll experience as an advantage
- Experience in the watch industry with knowledge of the collective labor agreement would be highly beneficial
- Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage
- Efficient, proactive, systematic, exact, and well-organized working style
- Discreet and trustworthy team player with strong communication skills and a sense of personal responsibility
- Ability to work well under pressure and stay calm in hectic situations
- Excellent MS Office, SAP HR and SuccessFactors knowledge
