Support the multinational Management Team
Organizing meetings, events (in Switzerland and abroad) and business trips
Management of expenses and time tools
Tracking of actions and timelines
Optimisation of administrative processes and projects
You are a proactive, flexible, and highly responsible team player with strong organizational skills. Your customer-orientation and ability to communicate at all levels are paired with your discreet manner.
Further requirements include:
Commercial education
3-5 years' experience in a similar function
Good MS Office skills
Fluent in English and German speaking and writing, any additional language is a plus
