We Elevate.. Your Responsibilities
You provide legal support to Schindler's elevators and escalators business in all aspects of its operations. In doing so, you cover the increasing demand for legal support in Schindler's core business.
Main tasks include:
Providing legal support to the Operations, Field Quality & Excellence, Research & Development and Supply Chain business functions, in particular regarding preparation and negotiation of large customer and supply agreements, tender submissions, advice on regulatory aspects and corporate social responsibility issues
Legal advice in disputes with customers and suppliers, including analysis of warranty and liability claims, settlement negotiations, enforcement of and defense against claims
Continuous review and optimization of internal processes and structures for efficiency, leveraging new technologies and tools
Assisting in structuring and preparing internal policies and regulations for Schindler's core business
Creation and revision of templates and checklists
Training of key stakeholders on legal and regulatory questions relevant for Schindler's core business

You have the ability to work independently, with foresight, in a structured and conscientious manner. You are a strong team player, highly reliable and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Further requirements include:
Master of Law (or equivalent) and Swiss Bar Exam
Post graduate degree (LL.M. or MBA) is an advantage
At least 3 years' experience in a large commercial law firm or multinational company with a focus on commercial and contract law
Good IT-Skills and familiar with MS Office products
Excellent level of English and German
